Information from third parties you choose to interact with through Genetic Matrix We collect information about you from the 3rd party payment service providers Stripe and PayPal being used for subscription payments. These are entirely independent and secure payment processing utilities. Your credit card information is never disclosed to us

Aggregated and anonymized information shared for these purposes will not contain personal information. Specifically , Google Analytics in this regard.

Genetic Matrix cooperates with government, law enforcement, and private third party requests for information as we, in our sole discretion, determine is reasonably necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, government request or legal process, including but not limited to subpoenas

Services Information

What is minimum period of paid plan? There is no minimum period of paid plan. You can cancel at any time.

What are the Payment cycle intervals for member subscription fees? Plans are renewed automatically at the end of your subscription period either for another month or another year depending on the payment interval that you selected. Automatic renewal will not occur if you cancel the subscription before its expiry date. Day pro plans are not automatically renewed. The start date of your subscription is always shown in the Settings area of your client center. If you upgrade to a higher level within the subscription period (e g Advanced to Pro Level)your account will upgrade instantly to the higher level and a new subscription period will begin at the new plan level. You will pay the pro rata difference between the lower and the higher subscription on checkout.

How can I cancel my subscription? Your Plan can be cancelled at any time by clicking Cancel Subscription within your GM Hub Settings area before the date that your current subscription period ends.

What will happen to my account if I cancel the subscription? Upon selecting Cancel subscription no further subscription payments will be made and your account will continue with its plan benefits until the end of the period paid for. After cancellation, your account will return to free Level at the end of the paid subscription period.

What will happen to my paid charts after my subscription is cancelled? All charts will remain in your account but you will no longer be able to access charts or views that are normally part of a paid subscription benefit. If you re-subscribe to paid a plan level you will be able to access those charts again within your account.

Is my Information secure? Yes - Your GM Hub account uses the latest encrypted web technologies Only you get access to your account. Genetic Matrix is the 100% owner of its dedicated Internet Servers. Genetic Matrix does not use cheap shared web hosting solutions that put your data at risk. The Genetic Matrix dedicated internet servers are part of a server cloud configuration that is continuously backed-up.

Prices for all Genetic Matrix Plan and related Services are subject to change without notice.

All purchases of Talking Charts and GM Reports are final and non-refundable.

You may use the charts and services for personal private non-commercial use without GM’s prior written consent.

It is not permitted to use any part of our website or chart information for any commercial purposes without obtaining GM’s prior written consent.
